USHomeWork is the shared billing and account layer behind AZHomeWork, LAHomeWork, and every local property-data site we run. It's not a site homeowners visit — it's the account a contractor or real estate agent uses to sponsor a ZIP code on one of those sites, with one sign-in and one invoice no matter how many sites or ZIPs they sponsor.
While your sponsorship is active, your business is shown prominently on every home page in that ZIP code, on that site. Sponsorship is exclusive: only one agent sponsor and, separately, one sponsor per contractor trade (roofer, plumber, HVAC, and so on) can hold a given ZIP on a given site at a time. For as long as you're active, no competing sponsor in your category can also hold that ZIP.
We guarantee placement, not business. Sponsoring a ZIP guarantees where and how often your business is shown — it does not guarantee any leads, inquiries, calls, sales, or other results from homeowners in that ZIP. How a sponsored site's traffic performs is outside our control.
Sponsorships are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's billing portal — your sponsorship stays active through the end of the period you already paid for, then does not renew. We don't prorate or refund partial periods.

These Terms govern your use of USHomeWork (ushomework.com) to sponsor ZIP codes on any site in the AZHomeWork / LAHomeWork family. By creating an account or purchasing a sponsorship, you agree to these Terms.
USHomeWork is a shared billing and entitlement layer used by contractors and real estate agents ("sponsors") to purchase placement on one or more local property-data sites we operate. Each site's own home records, homeowner accounts, and lead-sharing terms are governed by that site's own Terms of Service, not this document — USHomeWork governs the sponsorship and billing relationship only.
A sponsorship is a paid, recurring subscription tied to one (site, ZIP code, category) combination, where category is either "agent" or a specific contractor trade. While a sponsorship is active in a given category and ZIP, it is exclusive: we will not sell or activate a competing sponsorship in that same category and ZIP on that site. Different categories in the same ZIP (e.g. an agent and a roofer) are not competing and may both be active at once.
Placement is the entirety of what a sponsorship guarantees. We do not guarantee, and are not liable for, the volume of traffic to any site, the number of leads, inquiries, or calls a sponsor receives, or any sale or other business outcome resulting from a sponsorship. Site traffic, homeowner behavior, and market conditions are outside our control.
Sponsorships are billed monthly in advance through Stripe at the price displayed at checkout for that (site, ZIP, category). You may cancel at any time through the billing portal linked from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not issue refunds or credits for partial periods. If a payment fails, we may mark your sponsorship past due and, if not resolved, end it and release the ZIP for other sponsors. We may change sponsorship pricing for future billing periods with notice; continuing your sponsorship after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price.
You must provide accurate business and contact information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in email accessible, since sign-in uses a one-time emailed link rather than a password.
The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that any site will be available, error-free, or uninterrupted, or that sponsorship placement will appear identically across every visit or device.
To the extent permitted by law, USHomeWork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost business, lost leads, or lost profits, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
