USHomeWork is a sponsor and billing account, not a homeowner-facing site. This policy covers the information we collect from contractors and real estate agents ("sponsors") who create an account here. Homeowner data belongs to the individual site a homeowner used (AZHomeWork, LAHomeWork, etc.) and is covered by that site's own privacy policy, not this one.
To create an account and sponsor a ZIP code, we collect your email address (used for passwordless sign-in), and your business name, contact details, and trade (for contractors) or license information (for agents) as part of setting up a sponsorship. Payment details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — we do not see or store your card number.
We do not sell your information. Each site you sponsor on is told which ZIPs and categories you hold active on it, so it can display your business on the right home pages — it does not receive your billing history or payment details. A few outside services process data on our behalf (Stripe for payments, Supabase for account hosting); none of them are allowed to sell or reuse it for their own purposes.

This policy covers USHomeWork (ushomework.com) and explains what information we collect from sponsors when they use the site, how we use it, and who, if anyone, we share it with. It does not cover homeowner data collected by an individual property-data site — see that site's own privacy policy for that.
Information you provide. When you create an account, we collect your email address. When you purchase a sponsorship, we collect your business name, contact information, and category (contractor trade or real estate agent, including license information where applicable). Payment card details are collected directly by Stripe and never pass through or are stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers on ushomework.com.
To create and manage your account, process sponsorship payments, enforce sponsorship exclusivity, notify the relevant site(s) which ZIPs and categories you hold active, and respond to support requests. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects you.
The sites you sponsor. A site you sponsor on receives which ZIP(s) and category you hold active there, and the business information needed to display your sponsorship (name, contact details, trade), so it can show your business on the right home pages. It does not receive your billing history, payment details, or account credentials.
Service providers. Stripe (payment processing) and Supabase (account hosting and database) process data on our behalf, solely to provide those services, and are not permitted to sell or reuse it for their own purposes.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of USHomeWork, our sponsors, or the public.
The site is served over HTTPS, and account access uses passwordless email sign-in rather than stored passwords. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
USHomeWork is a business account for contractors and real estate agents, not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
You can review or correct your business information, and cancel a sponsorship, anytime from your dashboard. For anything else, including deleting your account, email us and we'll take care of it.
