How it works

From choosing a ZIP to seeing results

STEP 1

Choose your ZIP

Open ZIPs are marked on the map. A ZIP that someone in your trade already holds is grayed out, and you can ask to be told when it opens.

STEP 2

Verify and set up your card

We check your license (agents and contractors) or NMLS number (lenders), then you add your photo, a short bio and your phone number.

STEP 3

Go live and track results

Your card appears on every home page and the ZIP page. Share the link with your clients and farm, and use your dashboard to read the market and spot homeowners who may be ready to sell.

A gift to your neighborhood

A free home tool, sponsored by you

Homeowners in your ZIP use it for free. Your sponsorship is what keeps it free, and your card is on it every time they open it.

    What you get

    All sponsors get

    Your ZIP, all to yourself

One sponsor per ZIP and trade. Your card holds its spot for as long as you sponsor, and no one else can take it.

    Homeowners who choose you

Homeowners reach you by adding your card to their request, so every contact is someone who asked for you.

    One flat monthly price

Pay a flat price for the ZIP, however many requests come in. Cancel any time and the card comes down.

    Pricing

Priced by the ZIP, billed monthly or yearly

Your sponsorship keeps the homeowner tool free in your ZIP. Each ZIP is priced by its home values. Every ZIP shows its price before you pick it. You can sponsor several ZIPs in one checkout, and you cancel from your account. Prefer to pay once? Choose the annual plan at checkout: you pay for 10 months and get 12.

    $29–$229 / month per ZIP

    • Ownership-length and timing signals by ZIP
    • Estimated rate range on every home, from market rates when it last sold

These are the current rates. The price on each ZIP at checkout is the one you pay.

    Questions

    Before you sponsor

Is the homeowner tool really free?

Yes. Homeowners never pay to see their home record, claim it or use the home log. Sponsors pay for their card and dashboard, which is what keeps it free.

Will homeowners think the tool is mine?

No. Your card is clearly labeled as the sponsor, and USHomework runs the tool. You’re the local pro who brought it to the neighborhood. You do not get homeowner contact details unless a homeowner reaches out to you.

    What are the ZIP stats?

The numbers a local pro uses to read a ZIP: median sale price, price per square foot, how many homes sold in the last 12 months and what share of the ZIP changed hands, each compared with a year earlier. They come from county-recorded arm’s-length sales, with foreclosures and related-party transfers left out. Lender sponsors also see an estimated rate range for each home: the market 30-year average in the weeks before it last sold, plus or minus half a point. It is a market estimate, not the owner’s actual loan, and it does not apply to cash buyers or homes that have refinanced.

    Is the ZIP really exclusive?

Yes. One agent, one lender and one contractor per trade can hold a ZIP at a time. When it is taken, other people in your role see it grayed out and can ask to be notified if it opens.

    What do homeowners see?

Your photo, name, brokerage or company, license or NMLS number, a short bio and buttons to call or request a quote. Homeowners choose whether to contact you.

Do I get homeowner names and phone numbers?

No. The prospecting list shows homes and signals such as system age and time since last sale. It does not include owner names or contact details. When a homeowner asks to hear from you, you get the request they sent.

    Do you check licenses?

Agents and contractors are checked against state license records before a card goes live, and lenders enter an NMLS number that appears on the card.

Who is responsible for what my card says?

You are. Your card has to follow your state’s advertising rules, which for agents usually means your employing broker’s name and your license number. We may ask you to fix a card or take it down if it does not.

    Can I cancel?

Any time, from your account. Your card comes down at the end of the billing period. On the annual plan that means the end of the year you paid for, and the annual payment is not refunded mid-term.

How does the annual plan work?

You pay 10 times the monthly price once, and your card stays on the ZIP for 12 months, so 2 months are free. It does not combine with the launch discount or a coupon code, so pick whichever is the better deal for you. You choose Monthly or Annual at checkout.

What if my market isn’t open yet?

Tell us where you work on the support page. We keep a list and email you when your market opens.
