What is a sponsor?

Local agents, contractors and lenders pay to appear on a ZIP code. We check their license, but a sponsor is not an endorsement, and a sponsor never gets your contact details unless you reach out to them.

Every home page has a “Report a correction” link. You can also claim your home to fix details yourself, or contact us to ask for a change or removal.

Where does the information come from?

County assessor records, city permit records and recorded sales. It is public record, put together in one place and kept current as new records come in.
